- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 450ml Chicken stock
- 3 carrots, sliced to about 3mm thick rounds
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 to 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 250ml milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
