- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of whole-wheat flour
- 1 cups of plain white flour

- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 250 g broccoli florets, chopped fairly small
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh thyme (optional)
